Spend an afternoon replacing your feet with your hands, and learn the essentials to help you soar in arm balancing such as crane, crow, one legged crow, side crow, flying pigeon, dragonfly, firefly, forearm stands and many of their variations. In this workshop we will explore the foundations and key alignment principles of arm balances and play with the techniques that serve to lengthen and strengthen the muscles required to successfully find your balance whilst maintaining lightness in the body. For those practitioners who are more advanced, we will introduce a variety of fun and challenging ways to transition to the next level. This is all about learning how to play with your body and enjoy the process of reaching new heights!
