Hatha yoga is the combination of energizing and dynamic yoga postures (representated by the sun) with relaxing and meditative yoga postures (represented by the moon) which results in body balance. The body derives maximum benefit from this combination and clams down body, mind and spirit prepares it for meditation. The term Vinyasa in sanskrit means “to place in a certain way”. Vinyasa yoga refers to set of different poses performed in a particular sequence. Vinyasa is a style of yoga that coordinates flow of breath and body movements from one posture to another.
